What payment methods are accepted?
– We are providing payment through services: Stripe. Stripe are the popular internet payment method. We are totally Stripe verified, so you can shop with confidence.

Can I switch my order?
No. When a customer places an order, they will be asked to confirm all of the details regarding the item’s size, design, quantity, and so on. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, addresses, and so on.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be canceled. However, you can only cancel your order on the same day if you do so within 12 hours of placing it.
If you contact us after this time to cancel your order, it may have already been sent to the warehouse for processing and shipping.
Can I return or refund my order?
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days after the delivery process was completed. However, if you buy during Christmas or New Year (December 24, 2023 to January 1, 2024), it is 40 days from the delivery

I haven’t received any packages from my order. What can I do?
If the shipping tracking code status is complete but you have not received your order, first please check around your house as it may be hidden somewhere. If it is still not helping you, please contact the shipping company we included in the status shipping email notification. If this still does not resolve the issue, please contact the support team at [email protected].
